*Instructions for Care of Your Tropical Flower Lei:

Your flower lei are farm fresh, professionally packed and should arrive in excellent condition. Following the procedures outlined below will ensure you get maximum life and enjoyment from your tropical flower lei.

1. Under normal circumstances, all flowers are subject to the natural buildup of ethylene gas during shipping. Thus, it is important to unpack the flowers immediately.

2. To restore turgidity to the plant cells and extend the useful life, "spritz" the flowers with water at room temperature immediately after unpacking.

3. If you are not using the lei immediately, place them in a plastic bag with the top tied off... put the bag in the refrigerator on the top shelf (so they don't get to cold.).

4. Orchid lei are fragile. They won't last as long as cut flowers, but they will last a maximum of two to three days if they are kept as described above. Try and keep the lei cool and moist right up until the time they are used.
